Salem Antique and Classic Boat Festival
Brew Hawthorne Cove Marina; 10 White Street, Salem MA
You don't get to see boats like this every day! See a wonderful variety of rare vintage motor yachts and sailboats. Meet skippers and crews and vote for your favorite boats.

And you don't get to hear music like this every day. Our favorite jug band will be showing off a wonderful variety of rare and vintage antiques. We meant the tunes, not the musicians, though they certainly qualify as vintage antiques - well preserved, honored and veneered as they may be. The music(ians) will be on display from 3 PM to 4:30 PM.
Sunday, September 29th, 2018; 2 to 3 PM
Newton Free Library
330 Homer St, Newton, MA
We're delighted to be returning to the Newton Free Library, home to many of our friends.** This being Newton, we can expect a highly erudite and educated audience - writers, rabbis, experts on early New Orleans cornet players, doctors, lawyers, former gubernatorial candidates, that sort of thing.

And what will all these movers and shakers be doing at 2 PM, Sunday, June 29th? Moving and shaking to the infectious groove of Boston's favorite jug band! Come down for an entertaining and edifying afternoon!

**Our friends live in Newton, that is, not the library per se. At least, we hope that they are not lurking at night, gollum-like, in inky depths of the stacks. To wit, we hope they have someplace to go when the library closes. But we digress.
Wednesday, November 13th, 2019; 6:30-7:30 PM
